We've had a last minute request to assist with traffic direction for a food distribution event. Volunteers will need to be onsite by 0730 at the Chumuckla Community Center. Expect to be done by 1200. Volunteers will need traffic vests (required) and traffic wands (optional.)
Due to liability concerns, minors (children under 18) are not permitted to volunteer or accompany our volunteers during events. With any event we work, please make sure to bring necessary personal items such as hydration, snacks, sunscreen, chairs or any other items you may need for the incident (traffic vests, etc.) While we strive to have supplies at each event, please be prepared in case something comes up that prevents your access to these supplies at the event.
